December

I absolutely love the Christmas season! I love that Nathan decorates our home so beautifully down to the smallest detail. It was even more special to see our Christmas decor in our new family room.

For both the month of November and December, we watched boys play a lot of basketball. Levi and Benjamin both played Yball and loved it!

A little fall clean up.

Gingerbread making at the library (mostly just eating candy).

Looking at the amazing Christmas lights with the sister missionaries.

Our ward did the Live Nativity again this year, but we changed our location to the community barn. It was cold, but we had a super turnout. Sarah was an angel (and she made a video) and Benjamin was a shepherd.

Santa and snow in the neighborhood!!  Lots and lots of snow!

Levi's school music program was absolutely wonderful!

One of my favorite things during the season is hearing from family and friends!

Sarah is a mentor for a refugee family from Syria. They are a sweet family! We asked them if we could do anything for them and they told us they wanted to see the snow, so we took them to Bogus to go sledding. It was really fun and everyone had a great time!

We decorated the homeless shelter again this year.

Andrew finally decided he needed a haircut...his mom was overjoyed!!

We went to the Morrison Center and watched a Christmas version of Cirque de Soleil. Everyone LOVED it!!!

We went caroling with a bunch of friends one evening.

We had our annual Christmas party with friends that includes a pretty hilarious white elephant gift exchange. This year, Levi thought this mannequin head was pretty awesome!

We went to The Village on Christmas Eve to see Santa but the line was too long. We watched the movie Sing and when we came out of the theater, we thought we would try to see Santa again. Santa had already left for the North Pole but we were lucky enough to see The Grinch. We were happy with the green alternative!

New pajamas for Christmas Eve and couldn't forget to put cookies out for Santa!
Love these cute kids!!!

We had our fabulous sister missionaries over on Christmas day!

Spencer and some of the girls his age went to the temple one day during the Christmas break.

Andrew spent most of his Christmas break skiing.

Benjamin and Nathan loved their day of skiing!

Andrew celebrated a birthday and turned 15!

December is always a busy one but it sure is filled with wonderful times with family and friends, being able to serve and celebrating the birth of our Savior! Merry Christmas everyone!!
